EAP is an employer-sponsored program. The employer retains the services of a qualified counseling service that specilaizes in the assessment of personal problems. These problems could include stress, marital difficulties, work related issues, problems caused by alcohol or other drug abuse, parenting issues, or financial problems. These types of problems can affect personal well-being and job performance.

At GMH, we have contracted with area employers to provide assistance to their employees and family members. Family members can benefit from our services as well as the employee. We understand that when an employee's well-being and work performance are affected by problems, the family is also affected.
